Vuokrasopimus

Tämä vuokrasopimus tehdään tänä päivänä, kuukautena, vuonna vuokranantajan nimi (jäljempänä vuokranantaja) ja vuokralaisen nimi (jäljempänä vuokralainen) välillä.

1. Vuokrahuoneisto

1.1 Vuokranantaja vuokraa vuokralaiselle asuinhuoneiston osoitteessa osoite (jäljempänä vuokrahuoneisto).

2. Vuokra-aika

2.1 Vuokra-aika alkaa päivämäärästä ja päättyy päivämäärään.

3. Vuokran määrä ja maksut

3.1 Vuokralainen sitoutuu maksamaan vuokraa summassa eur kuukaudessa. Vuokra tulee maksaa vuokranantajalle aina kuukauden päivämäärään mennessä.

4. Vakuus

4.1 Vuokralainen sitoutuu maksamaan vakuuden summassa eur ennen vuokrasopimuksen allekirjoittamista. Vakuus palautetaan vuokralaiselle sopimuksen päätyttyä, mikäli vuokralainen on täyttänyt kaikki vuokrasopimuksen ehdot.

5. Korjaus- ja kunnossapitovastuu

5.1 Vuokralainen vastaa vuokrahuoneiston sisäpuolella tapahtuvasta korjauksesta ja kunnossapidosta. Vuokranantaja vastaa rakennuksen ulkopuolella tapahtuvista korjauksista ja kunnossapidosta.

6. Irtisanominen

6.1 Vuokrasopimus voidaan irtisanoa kirjallisella ilmoituksella. Irtisanomisaika on n kuukautta.

7. Muut ehdot

7.1 Vuokralainen sitoutuu pitämään vuokrahuoneiston siistinä ja hyvässä kunnossa.

7.2 Vuokralainen sitoutuu noudattamaan taloyhtiön järjestyssääntöjä.

7.3 Vuokralainen vastaa vuokrahuoneistossa aiheutuneista vahingoista.
